COVID-19: A Message to our Customers

We are closely monitoring the emerging COVID-19 (coronavirus) public health threat and taking precautions to ensure our customers and employees remain as safe as possible.

In order to protect our employees and customers, all KANZA Bank branches will operate as drive-thru only and our Hutchinson Loan Office will operate as appointment only beginning on Monday, November 23.

Rest assured that we are committed to meeting your needs and maintaining our standard business processes whenever possible. We will continue to serve you and service your accounts as we always have. We have comprehensive business continuity plans that allow us to move forward with payroll, payments, transactions and more – all as normal.

Update as of May 18,2020

 

KANZA Bank lobbies are open starting today, Monday, May 18th. All branch lobbies have returned to normal hours M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm. To keep our employees and customers safe, we have implemented the following precautionary measures:

  •  -Front line staff will be required to wear masks.

  •  -Customers are asked to drop their transactions at the teller window, then step back to the designated waiting spot.

  •  -Customers waiting in line in the lobby are asked to stand on the designated spots on the floor.

  •  -Customers are welcome to but not required to wear masks or gloves while in the lobbies.

  •  -10 customer limit in lobbies at one time.

Drive-thrus remain open from 8:00am to 6:00pm. ATMs at our Kingman, Auburn Hills and Hutchinson branches accept deposits and ATMs at Regency Lakes and Anthony branches will begin to accept deposits soon! You can also utilize online banking or the KANZA Bank mobile app to check balances, make transfers or deposit checks.

Pandemic Preparedness

We continue to monitor developments related to COVID-19 across the country and at this time the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) has not yet posed a direct threat to the operations of KANZA Bank.

KANZA Bank’s business continuity team covers our entire geographical foot print and operational areas within the bank to ensure we’re prepared for pandemic and other crisis events. We have comprehensive plans in place across our institution to ensure business operations continue, while maintaining the health and safety of our employees and customers.

As part of our normal business practices, KANZA Bank reviews these same polices for all major and critical vendors to ensure business operations will remain uninterrupted.

We strongly encourage the use of KANZA Bank's digital channels and other resources for self-service banking.

Employee travel

At this time, we have suspended all business travel. We are also suspending employee attendance at any work-related conferences, seminars, conventions or other large-group events.

We have implemented a 14-day self-quarantine for associates who have been exposed to the coronavirus based on the below exposure levels.

  •  - Diagnosed with a presumptive positive case or confirmed case of COVID-19 (the respiratory disease caused by the coronavirus) by a health official.
  •  - Members of a household have been diagnosed with a presumptive positive case or confirmed case of COVID-19 by a health official.
  •  - Contact with someone who has been diagnosed with a presumptive positive case or confirmed case of COVID-19 by a health official.
  •  - Attended an event, conference or other gathering and have been notified that an attendee(s) has been diagnosed with a presumptive positive case or confirmed case of COVID-19 by a health official.
  •  - Travel outside our geographic foot print, within the last two weeks.
